Lucy Brooks, Administrator, GRI ,has been licensed for over 48 years. Lucy also holds a Broker’s license. With the knowledge and experience combined, she shares this with students in ways that are helpful and beneficial to them.  She is approved as an IDECC Instructor.

Steve Medved, GRI, MBA has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 25 years. He has taught real estate for over 12 years and teaches pre-license, broker management and is certified to teach KY Core classes.
