Century Real Estate School provides the information on this website in good faith to help you understand Kentucky real estate licensing and our courses. Licensing requirements, fees, and deadlines are set by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC) and PSI and can change. Always confirm current requirements at krec.ky.gov before relying on them.

Course prices shown on this site are current as of the date noted on each page. The price in effect is the one shown at checkout on our course partner's website.

Enrollment and payment

Course enrollment, payment, refunds, and course access are handled by our course partners (LEAP, Kaplan, and REcampus) on their own websites and under their own terms. By enrolling, you agree to the terms presented at checkout.
