Century Real Estate School is an approved provider for the UAW-Ford Education Tuition Assistance Program. If you are an eligible UAW-represented Ford employee, you may be able to use your ETAP benefit to cover the cost of getting licensed, online and on your schedule, in eight states.

ETAP is the education benefit negotiated between the UAW and Ford. For eligible employees it provides up to $8,000 per calendar year in tuition assistance for approved courses, paid by voucher straight to the school. Real estate pre-licensing is exactly the kind of approved, career-building program it was built for.

How it works
From benefit to license, in four steps.
Confirm your eligibility
ETAP is for eligible active UAW-represented hourly Ford employees, generally after 90 days of seniority. Check your status and your benefit balance with the UAW-Ford National Programs Center or your plant education representative.
Apply and get approved first
ETAP is a prepayment program, not a reimbursement. Apply through myuawford.com before you enroll, get the course approved, and a tuition voucher is issued. Do not pay for the class yourself first.
Pick your state and enroll
Choose your state below and enroll through the course approved for where you will be licensed. Your voucher is submitted to the school as payment for the approved tuition.

Filling out the application
The ETAP application, field by field.

- Sign in. Go to myuawford.com and sign in or create an account.
- Open the application. Choose the ETAP (PDA) Employee Tuition Assistance Application.
- Start a new application. Select "Submit a New Application for Non-Credit Courses/PDA," read the information, and continue.
- Choose your provider. Select a different provider and choose Century Real Estate School.
- Program information. Program type: Certificate. Program title: Premium. Term begin date: three days after the day you fill out the application. Term end date: six months after the begin date. Choose Education Enrichment and leave School ID blank.
- Course information. Course name: Premium Course. Location: Online. Enter the contact hours and total cost for your state's package, remove fees, and select None for grants and scholarships.
- Submit. Check the confirm option and click Submit.
- Activate and enroll. Watch for your approval, activate your voucher, then enroll in your state's premium package from the card below. At checkout, apply promo code

ETAP is generally available to active UAW-represented hourly Ford employees who have acquired seniority, typically 90 days of employment. Eligible temporary UAW hourly employees may also qualify. Your exact eligibility and balance are confirmed by the UAW-Ford National Programs Center.
Does ETAP actually pay for a real estate course?
ETAP covers approved tuition and fees for approved courses, up to the annual maximum, paid by voucher directly to the school. Century is an approved provider. Get your specific course approved before you enroll so your voucher is ready.
Do I pay anything up front?
ETAP is a prepayment program, not a reimbursement, so once you are approved your voucher is submitted to the school as payment. Apply before you enroll and do not pay for the class yourself first. Certain fees may not be covered and would remain your responsibility.
